Meet Martin

My knowledge about buildings springs from my practical experience working on construction sites as a builder/bricklayer. This hands-on experience gives me a unique perspective as my in-depth knowledge extends beyond the classroom. This allows me not only to identify issues with certain buildings but crucially provide practical and robust solutions.

As an associate member of RICS I have managed and delivered extensive reports on a diverse range of projects for both private and public companies including London underground, Councils and major corporations.

I have been a member of RICS since 2012 and take pride in being a through and conscientious surveyor.

I am a respected and established surveyor, based in Bedford. I cover all surrounding areas including Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire through to London.

I specialise in Condition Reports, Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys.
